§ 1 Organiser
The competition is being organised by ELA Container Denmark ApS (Kongens Nytorv 26, 3, 1050 København, Denmark), represented by Managing Director Cornelius Egbers.
§ 2 Terms and Conditions of Participation
(1) Participants may take part in the competition by fulfilling the following conditions of participation.
(2) The condition of participation is that you register using the online contact form created for this competition by entering the necessary personal data and agreeing to participate in the competition.
(3) Participation in the competition is free of charge. Participation does not require the use of fee-based services or consent to data storage and further use.
(4) Any natural person over the age of 18 is eligible to participate. Participants who have reached the age of sixteen but are not yet of legal age may only enter the competition with the consent of their legal guardians.
§ 3 Deadline for Participation
The competition will only take place on 26 April 2023 during the conference between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. This then means the deadline for participation ends on 26 April 2023 at 2 p.m.
Late entries for whatever reason cannot be considered.
§ 4 Winning, Notification and Handing Over the Prize
1. The following prizes shall be awarded: Weber Kugel-Grill and Accessories (worth approx. € 400)
(2) Winners will be determined after the closing date for entries as part of a random draw among all entrants.
(3) The winner of the competition will be notified by email or phone after the submission deadline.
(4) If a winner does not reply within 24 hours, the prize will be drawn again.
(5) The prize can be collected directly from the venue of the Fehmarn Belt Open Air Conference (Gamle Badevej 2A, 4970 Rødby, Denmark). The prize can also be delivered to the winner upon request. Corresponding shipping costs are covered by ELA Container. The prize cannot be paid out in cash. The prize is non-transferable.
§ 5 Disclaimer
(1) The Organiser reserves the right to terminate the competition in whole or in part prematurely at any time, even without adherence to deadlines, or to modify the course of the competition if it is not possible for technical reasons (e.g. computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software and hardware) or legal reasons to carry out the competition properly.
(2) The Organiser shall only be liable for damages incurred by the winner due to material defects and/or defects of title in the event of fraud, intent or gross negligence. Otherwise, liability for material defects and/or defects of title is excluded.
§ 6 Exclusion of Participation
(1) The Organiser reserves the right to exclude from participation persons who violate these Terms and Conditions of Participation or who wish to gain or gain an advantage over other entrants by improperly influencing or manipulating the competition. In such cases, the organiser may also subsequently exclude participants from the competition, withdraw their prizes and demand their return.
(2) Employees of ELA Container Denmark ApS and their families are excluded from participation.
§ 7 Data Protection
(1) Personal details such as name and address must be provided in order to carry out the promotion. The participant must ensure that the information provided is correct. The data will be stored by the organiser until the final processing of the competition. Personal data is stored in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and stored for the purpose of implementing and executing the campaign.
(2) We collect, process and use personal data only insofar as this is permitted by law or we have obtained corresponding consent.
(3) If you have given your consent, we will also store personal data for a long time period in order to conduct direct marketing and to be able to offer further promotions in the future. These include, for example, special offers, newsletters or similar marketing-related measures. If you do not agree to this, you can object to the storage of your data at any time.
(4) We will not pass on personal data to third parties unless this is necessary for the fulfilment of our contractual or statutory obligations or if we have obtained the consent of the participant.
(5) You may revoke your consent to the storage of your data, your email address and its use for sending emails and other marketing-related activities at any time. To withdraw your consent, you can either click on the link in the newsletter or send an email to info@container.de.
If you object, we shall no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or that the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
§ 8 Final Provisions
(1) If ELA Container Denmark ApS is unable to make the profit available for unacceptable reasons, the Company reserves the right to provide an equivalent replacement.
(2) Applicable law shall be exclusively the law of Denmark.
