After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the receipt of the termination.
This will initiate an internal process, leading to the scheduled collection of the terminated items by our dispatching department.

Additional Charges for Non-Compliance with Terms and Conditions

I/we hereby confirm that additional charges will apply if the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of ELA Container GmbH are not met. As stated in the GTC, the terminated items must be disconnected from utilities, cleared out, and personal belongings removed as of the termination date. They must also be freely accessible for our trucks. If septic tanks are included in the contract, emptying must be arranged by the customer for the termination date. If any of these requirements are not met at pickup, additional charges will apply.
